Creating a card
What types of cards and letters can I pick from?
With Letter 1 Marketing, you can also customize your design. When you choose us , our team can help to customize the size and type of stationery you need. During your demo, ask our pros for their advice on what kind of notes, cards, and/or envelopes are a best fit for your direct mail campaigns.
Can I use my own handwriting?
If you prefer this option, there is a one-time additional fee of $1,500. During your demo, we can discuss all the options so your campaign looks & feels the way it should.
Can I include a business card, gift card, stuffer, etc.?
For a small monthly charge, we will stuff one item at no additional cost – this fee is to help cover the added postage. We only ask that you provide what you would like to have included in the card OR ask us about our white-label service to create and include these assets for you to make your mailer even more impactful!

How quickly can my brand cards be sent?
Once shipped, our mailers are sent with USPS First Class postage, which usually takes another 3-4 days to arrive from the date of shipment.
Where are my custom cards postmarked from?
Should you like to have your campaigns postmarked from your local Post Office, we offer bulk shipping letters to you to mail from your local area. Some clients believe this creates a better experience for your customers, and we are always happy to help accommodate!
